Credit and debit card payments are accepted through Stripe. Your confidential information is automatically encrypted by Stripe.
SHIPPING
We are currently shipping to select countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom
Regular postal (with tracking) & Mondial Relay services are available within metropolitan France.
Mondial Relay (home delivery) service is available for Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
Mondial Relay (parcel shop/pick-up point delivery) service is available for Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.

If you are located in the United States or Canada, you may write us to place an order which will be included when/in case a one-time bulk shipment may be arranged- we will keep you updated. Shipping to the rest of the world will be available at a later time.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order.
You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped.
TAX & DUTY
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country; these charges will be your responsibility.
RETURNS
Items may be returned to us in their original unworn and unwashed condition within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us for an item return form, and quote your order number. Returns received without a return authorization will not be processed.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the original purchase amount excluding shipping costs in the original method of payment within 7 days.
Should the goods not be returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase, the shirting reserves the right to decline the customer’s request for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by the shirting.
We recommend sending returns via a traceable method of delivery as the shirting will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit.
